My Galleries
I enjoy capturing the moment on film. These moments are no longer committed to
memory now I have made them more permanent through photography. Life is full of
variety and there is so much to capture that I have narrowed my interests to
landscapes, nature, railroads and people.

Shooting landscapes allows me to travel and experience what the world has to offer.
The true joy of that experience comes from people who see my framed photographs
on a wall and it takes the viewer away from their reality, if only for a moment.

Nature photography allows me to concentrate on the small details. Sometimes these
details can be found around the corner or in our backyards or in places far away.

From the outside, Railroad photography appears to be something entirely different
from my other photographic disciplines. The truth to the matter is that railroads
traverse our landscapes; through land that is very beautiful. Sometimes these
photos can be somewhat inspiring by merging man-made metal with the delicate
fabric of life.

The greatest variety of all is people. I love to capture the uniqueness and personality
of a person. For the most part, we all enjoy a photo of others that makes us laugh.
Other times, we are motivated by the stark images of people suffering. I like to use
photography to achieve a goal, especially one set by others.
